Roast spring lamb with seasoned roast potatoes, umami-glazed carrots and onions, spring greens and all the trimmings. Crisp roasties, fluffy on the inside. Slow-roasted vegetables, rich, sweet and full of depth. Proper gravy to smother the crisp and light Yorkies and gorgeous stuffing. Lamb cooked and rested to perfection.
